School Events & Camp Bookings

Use this form to book the Sweet Ice Cream Truck to visit your school or camp. You can book a one-time visit or schedule weekly visits.
You can also select the fundraiser option to raise funds for your cause and we will donate 20% of the proceeds to your school or organization.
Once I review your request, I will schedule your visit and email you a confirmation.

Who will pay for the Ice Cream Treats?
Service Area : SW Kendal Area - See Service Area map page. Small Events OUTSIDE the Service Area will have an additional travel fee to be determined based on distance and time. We can adjust our menu and prices to fit the needs of your program. Any special request, please let us know in the Additional Requests section.
We can set up a secure prepayment link for parents to be able to prepay with their credit cards.
