Full Menu over sixty Ice cream treats to choose from, including Mini Melts and Shaved Ice.The Sweet Ice Cream Truck stops at your party for the time selected in your package and serves your guests the treats you already prepaid.
The Birthday person can come inside the Sweet Ice Cream Truck for pictures and to give ice cream treats to his/her friends (only 1 person can come inside the truck).
Additional treats available at $5.00 per additional treat.
Additional time available at $75 for every additional 30 minutes at your party.Payment in full is due at the time of booking to reserve your date and time. We receive inquiries daily, so we are unable to secure your date until the payment is received.
If your invoice is not paid after 7 days, your invoice will be cancelled.
Returning customers are not required to prepay, if I know you, I will accept the reservation without prepayment.Your payment is fully refundable if you cancel your reservation at least 7 days before the event, after that, your payment is no longer refundable, if you cancel with less than 7 days to your event, you forfeit your full payment. In the unusual event, due to unforeseen circumstances, that the Sweet Ice Cream Truck is not available to service your party, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund your full payment or find a substitute similar service with your approval.
Once at your party, we will text you at arrival and we will keep track of time and every treat handed out and if/when we reach the limit of your prepaid package, we will let you know and will only continue serving with your approval, a new invoice will be created for additional treats and/or time.
Payment for additional treats (if applicable) must be done promptly after the service is completed, if we have to wait for you to be available for payment, we will charge $75 for every 30 minutes of wait time.
Saving a credit card on your file when you make the reservation may be helpful if you believe you will be busy enjoying your party and will not have time to be troubled with vendor payments, we will submit the payment invoice for the amount due and notify you via text or email.
Events in the evening hours will have additional charges.
The Shaved Ice self serve syrup station is available free of charge for events with over 300 servings.
I offer discount pricing for large events with over 300 servings.
TRAVEL FEE applies to all events OUTSIDE the Service Area.
Only available to schools and businesses on weekdays.
$600.00 minimum – Includes 200 treats from a smaller menu limited to fewer items and lower price selection – All treats at $3.00 per serving.
$100.00 deposit at the time of booking to be credited towards the final price.
I will work with you to customize the menu to the treats of your choice.

The Sweet Ice Cream Truck can visit your party or event and charge each guest for the items they consume.
These events are convenient for schools, daycares or other organizations that want to bring Ice Cream to their events.
Your guests will have the opportunity to order their favorite treats and pay individually.
Minimum consumption $100.00.
For events outside my Service Area, there will be a travel fee based on the distance. For large events (over 300 guests), I can waive the travel fee.
I accept Cash, Cash App, Zelle, and all major credit cards.
The Sweet Ice Cream Truck brings a sweet and nostalgic touch to any event and we love to give back.
When you invite the Sweet Ice Cream truck to your fundraising event, we will donate a percentage of our sales to your organization.
For fundraiser events, we will not require a deposit unless it is a large event paid for by the organizer.
The Sweet Ice Cream Truck is available for all fundraising events, big or small, we love to donate to all causes, at the same time, we try to keep our prices reasonable for everyone to be able to afford the Sweet Ice Cream Truck experience.
For smaller events, there is a minimum we need to generate in order to cover our costs and balance our financial sustainability with our commitment to giving back.
Events with a total gross sale under $250.00 (approximately 50 servings or less) : We will donate 5 FREE Ice Cream treats (average value $5.00 each), you can sell, raffle or use them as gifts or prices.
Events with a total gross sale from $250.00 to $500.00 (approximately 50 to 100 servings) : We will donate 15% of the gross sales to your organization.
Events with a total gross sale from $500.00 or more (approximately 100 or more servings): We will donate 20% of the gross sales to your organization.
All donations will be done by check to the organization’s name at the end of the event and we require a donation letter addressed to “Sweet Ice Cream”
We can also arrange for your organization to sell Ice Cream tickets ahead of time or collect the payments during the event, we can set a link to for credit card prepayment.
We work with you to customize all options to your convenience.
The Sweet Ice Cream Truck can be rented for filming and photo production.
Pricing:
Monday thru Friday : $150.00 per hour – minimum 2 hours.
Saturday and Sunday : $200.00 per hour – minimum 2 hours.
Travel fees will be charged for travel outside my Service Area.
Rental fee does not include Ice Cream treats, those must be paid as consumed.
The Sweet Ice Cream Truck will be available with the following conditions:
No modifications are allowed on the truck.
For insurance and legal reasons, only the owner can drive the truck.
The owner will be available and have access to the truck at all times.
A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the truck for the desired date.
Travel fee outside the Service Area will be calculated depending on the distance and time that will take me to get to your selected location.
All rentals are subject to the state of Florida sales tax.
The final payment is to be completed at the end of the event.
The Sweet Ice Cream Truck will stay at your event for the time selected by you in your package.
Additional time is available at $75 for every additional 30 minutes, we will let you know by text message when we are ready to leave and if payment is due, we expect it to be done promptly.
I always work with you to ensure I arrive at your party at the right time and ensure your satisfaction with my services.
If your event requires the ice cream truck to stay in your party for extended time, please let me know at the time of the reservation to reflect the charge in the invoice.
Travel Fee:
For events outside our Service Area there will be a travel fee that will be quoted on your invoice.
Payment:
Full payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your date and time.
Cancellations:
Your payment is 100% refundable if you cancel your reservation 7 days before the event, after that, the reservation is not longer refundable.
Parking:
Party and event organizers are responsible to provide a safe and accessible parking location for the Sweet Ice Cream Truck to park at your event.
I can not park the Sweet Ice Cream Truck on the streets, block traffic, or park on the neighbor’s driveway without their consent.
The safety and enjoyment of your guests are my main priority!
If your event is taking place in a rented venue, please make sure they will allow the Sweet Ice Cream Truck on the venue and send me the venue’s contact information in case I need to contact them. I will provide a Certificate of Insurance and licensing information upon request.
Time:
The Sweet Ice Cream Truck schedules parties and events from 9 am to 7 pm every day of the week.
Events after 7 pm will be considered depending on the location for an additional fee.

We accept check payments from PTAs, non-profits, churches, government organizations, and schools and will honor tax-exempt status once we receive your organization’s Dr-14 Form (FL Consumer’s Certificate of Exemption).
Once all the details are set, I will send you an invoice for the deposit to confirm your reservation.
Reservations are not confirmed until the payment is received!
The payment is refundable up to 7 days before the event’s date, after that, payment is no longer refundable.
Payment of the reservation invoice means you have read and agree to all terms and conditions listed on this page.
Menu items and prices may vary based on availability at the time of the event.
